Periodic Maintenance
When you sign a service and maintenance agreement with Medical2Day, our service technician will schedule an annual maintenance visit on a pre-agreed date. During this visit, your medical equipment will be thoroughly inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines.
During maintenance, we perform a comprehensive functional test to confirm the correct and safe operation of the device. Upon successful completion, your device will receive an inspection sticker as visible proof of approval.
All findings are carefully recorded in a digital maintenance protocol. You will receive this document after the maintenance and it will remain accessible within our records, providing you with a complete and transparent maintenance record.
