As a magnum version, the double-door Cliniclave is equipped with an XXL color touchscreen on both sides and is loaded and started on the 'dirty side'. Unloading and approval are done on the 'clean side'.

This large steam sterilizer offers the advantages of the single door steam sterilizers 1 and 2 sterilization unit: record times, excellent drying results, integrated documentation and approval software, compliance with EN 1717 and an individual loading concept.

The innovative installation and maintenance concept is special compared to other feed-through devices. Mounted on free-moving castors, the Cliniclave 45 MD slides into an opening in the wall and pulls out for maintenance purposes. A specially adapted system of stainless steel covers makes it possible to completely cover the surrounding wall surface without the need for additional work.

The drawer holders and possible loading configurations (of trays, containers and mesh instrument baskets) and the loading system can be used with all devices in the Cliniclave series. The extra-large color touch screen allows intuitive operation and fast program selection; all help to avoid mistakes. The integrated software for documentation, approval and traceability saves money and enables complete security. The Cliniclave 45 MD is conceived as an economical device and is extremely economical in the consumption of resources. Due to its particularly low electricity and water consumption, it is one of the most economical of the large steam sterilizers.
