Histoacryl® for wound closure

Histoacryl® Flexible is very suitable for closing longer wounds that require more flexibility and need strong wound support.

The tissue adhesive Histoacryl® consists of n-butyl cyanoacrylate. In order to easily assess the thickness of the applied layer, Histoacryl® is dyed blue with the dye D&C violet no. 2. A transparent version without dye is also available, making the adhesive very suitable for use on the face.

• Sterile, liquid and topical tissue adhesives.
• Suitable for closing skin wounds with minimal tension.
• Can be stored at room temperature up to 22°C.
• Forms a microbiological barrier against bacteria.
• Is easy to apply thanks to ready-to-use bottle.
