The quality of the water (aqua dem) fluctuates strongly depending on the supply source. The conductivity sensor, the MELAtest 60, is offered, so that the quality can be checked in practice at any time. To determine the conductivity, the conductivity sensor is simply immersed in the water to be monitored. After a short time the conductivity of the water will be shown on the display.
Poor quality feed water (aqua dem) contains impurities, e.g. magnesium, calcium, etc. so that color changes or rust can occur on the instruments from a conductivity of about 30 µS / cm. For regular calibration of the MELAtest 60, we recommend the use of the calibration fluid (MELAG item no. 55845)
