This large Cliniclave series steam sterilizer offers the advantages of the single door steam sterilizers 1 and 2 sterilizers - record times, excellent drying results, integrated documentation and approval software, conformance to EN 1717 and an individual loading concept. The drawer holders and possible loading configurations (of trays, containers and mesh instrument baskets) and the loading system can be used with all devices in the Cliniclave series.

The innovative installation and maintenance concept is special compared to other feed-through devices. Mounted on free-moving castors, the Cliniclave 45 D slides into an opening in the wall and pulls out for maintenance purposes. A specially adapted system of stainless steel covers makes it possible to completely cover the surrounding wall surface without the need for additional work.

With a load capacity of up to 40 kg unpackaged and 35 kg packed instruments and up to 7 kg of textile, the Cliniclave 45 D allows for a significantly better performance than most comparable large steam sterilizers. The cylindrical sterilization chamber is used in conjunction with specially designed tray assemblies and offers the best solution for all departments.
