Coronavirus precautions at Medical2Day
A very careful approach is very important to prevent infections with the coronavirus as much as possible. Within Medical2Day we therefore use protocols following the guidelines of the FPS Public Health. The safety and health of our customers, relations and employees are paramount. Without jeopardizing the continuity of our medical services. After all, continuing to deliver the right medical devices at the right time and at the right place is our top priority.
Our approach to the virus started with internal protocols that came into effect in our organization since February 28. This includes measures in accordance with national guidelines, such as following the travel advice of the ministry, careful personal hygiene, limiting direct contact with external parties and not shaking hands. On 7 March, we temporarily tightened up our measures by also asking employees who have a cold to work from home or to stay at home. This in response to the far-reaching advice from the FPS Public Health.
We realize that the measures taken can have an impact on you and our colleagues. We do not rule out the possibility that further measures may be necessary. However, these are not yet on the agenda. We have, however, actively prepared with a solid continuity plan. As a result of national changes, we make tightened adjustments to the plan where necessary on a daily basis.
